100,000 Steps for The Davies Foundation
We challenge you to take an almighty 100,000 steps over the course of a week in aid of The Davies Foundation… that’s approximately 50 miles!
It’s recommended that we should all take 10,000 steps per day, but we’re challenging our people to go the extra mile and attempt 100,000 steps from 5-11 October 2020. Either get friends and family to sponsor you or donate as you feel to The Davies Foundation.
You can do this at your own pace, in your own time, simply track your progress on your smart phone or Fitbit and share with us at the end of the week on email@example.com
There will e-voucher prizes up for grabs and we will feature everyone who takes part in the November edition of Bitesize!
