Health Week: Davies Foundation Yoga

Relax and prepare yourself for the day with our Davies Foundation online yoga session!

Are you missing your weekly yoga class? Or perhaps you want to try something new in lockdown? We welcome you to join our Davies Foundation yoga session, whatever your previous experience.

Yoga not only helps to improve your strength, metabolism and energy levels but has proven benefits for mental wellbeing and reducing stress.

Our online class will be run from 7:30-8:30 am on Wednesday 22nd July. You can join from wherever you are in the world and all proceeds will be in aid of the great causes supported by The Davies Foundation. Donate as you feel, with minimum suggested donation of £2 per person.

No specific equipment is needed and joining with your camera on is optional!
